Lamar's Veggie Intake
According to the United States Department of Agirculture Food Pyramid, I should intake 4 cups of veggies daily.

Veggies are important because they:
- reduce the risk of coronary heart disease
- may help lower calorie intake
- reduce risks of developing kidney stones and help to decrease bone loss
Some veggies that I would include in my diet:
- corn
- broccoli
- carrots
- black-eyed peas
Here's an example of how I could get my 4 cups of veggies in one day:
- 2 ears of corn(2 cups)
- 2 pieces of broccoli (1 cup)
- 2 glasses of tomatoe juice (1 cup)
